How Do I...
Request Repeat Prescriptions?

Please use your prescription counterfoil – ticking the medication required – to request your repeat medication. Send the counterfoil to the surgeries at Port Isaac, Wadebridge or St. Kew and please allow 48 hours before collection.

Most villages have “drop off/collection” points where you can leave your repeat request and collect your medicines. Please allow four working days if you wish to use this extra service.

For repeat medication obtained from the chemists please contact the chemist before 10.00am for collection two working days later.

The Dispensary

We are a dispensing practice. If you live more than one mile from a chemist you are entitled to obtain your medicine from us. There are dispensaries at Port Isaac, St. Kew and Wadebridge surgeries.

Dispensary Opening Hours

Port Isaac and Wadebridge
9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (closed for lunch between 1.00 and 2.00pm)

St. Kew
9.00am – 12 noon Monday to Friday

If you collect your medication from one of our surgeries you can order your repeat prescription on-line. Please complete the form below. This service is not available if you collect your medication from a chemist.
