Out Of Hours

Outside routine surgery hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and lunchtime 1.00 – 2.00pm) for calls requiring urgent medical attention please telephone 01208 880222. Your call will be diverted to the out-of-hours service. Sometimes a message-handling service will be used to pass on your message to the doctor on call.

Kernow Urgent Care Services (KUCS), our out-of-hours provider, will take all calls between 6.30pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays.

In the interests of patients, KUCS tape-records incoming telephone calls. These recordings are strictly confidential and dealt with in exactly the same way as patients’ medical records.
